Job summary

Paquin- is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to support producers and manage designated accounts in Biddeford, ME. You will assist in new business production, retention, renewals, and premium collection while delivering prompt, high-quality service to clients and carriers.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewals 120 days prior to renewal, gathering underwriting information, soliciting additional lines of coverage, and maintaining thorough documentation of client

Qualifications

• Must have insurance license as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Ability to use agency automation system (AMS) and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of new accounts and retention of existing accounts.
• Provide prompt, efficient service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities.
• Collaborate with Account Executive on renewals 120 days prior to renewal.
• Prepare renewal applications and underwriting information for standard programs.
• Handle changes, requests and premium collection within required timelines (24–72 hours).
• Solicit increased limits/coverage and referrals to generate new business.
• Document all conversations with insureds and carriers.
