Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking an Account Manager to deliver above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives, and coworkers. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate in a team to provide comprehensive client services.

Ideal candidates will develop strong relationships with insurance clients, manage renewals, review applications, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance coverage.
• 2-3 years’ experience with a broker or insurance carrier.
• Experience servicing middle market accounts preferred.
• Active license in appropriate lines of coverages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in producing strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives, and coworkers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts within a team environment to deliver full client services.
• Mentor junior team members and support renewal processes for clients.
