Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a talented client service professional to manage assigned accounts and support producer-led new business efforts. You will assist with renewals, prepare proposals, and help market coverage options to clients.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with producers, handling policy administration, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required; minimum 6 years' related experience; valid Insurance License; continuing education to renew license.
• Experience in client-facing service roles within insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiate renewal processes and develop renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyze exposures, prepare renewal specifications and marketing materials.
• Negotiate rates, review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare proposals, binders, and certificates; ensure contract accuracy.
• Assist with client accounting questions, collections, and AR reconciliation within 90 days.
