Job summary

Coastline Insurance in Southport, NC is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences by managing service, sales, and renewal marketing for the Producer's book. You will liaise with clients, carriers, and brokers, handling coverage questions, billing issues, and policy changes.

You will review coverages, identify gaps, and round out accounts with umbrella and specialty lines while supporting renewals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a sales, account management or customer service role.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of policy coverages, underwriting principles and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for the assigned Producer's book of business and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Act as liaison between clients and carrier/broker underwriters to resolve coverage questions and policy changes.
• Review coverages with insureds and advise on terms, exposures, and risk mitigation.
• Identify coverage gaps and round out accounts with Umbrella, Inland Marine, and specialty lines.
• Quote and bind new business and support renewal marketing and remarketing efforts.
• Prepare and submit applications, renewal documents, and invoices with accuracy.
• Resolve underwriting issues, process endorsements, and support policy servicing through renewal.
