• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets

Job Qualifications

• No insurance experience required
• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
• Retail Management experience a plus - high success rate with previous applicants
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty License (existing license is a plus!)
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
