Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
