• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of the team.
• Track policy expirations and renewals, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals; prepare submissions.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, and prepare proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor data.
