Perma-Seal Basement Systems in Burr Ridge, IL seeks an in-office Appointment Setter who is a closer. You will make outbound calls to our existing customer base, schedule free insulation service inspections, and convert interest into appointments.

This full-time, on-site role requires a results-driven mindset, professional phone skills, and CRM familiarity. Weekly team meetings via Google Meet accompany a $20/hour pay with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience closing outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic MS Office.
• Ability to log interactions and meet weekly KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and schedule inspections.
• Close calls by meeting weekly appointment goals and KPIs.
• Log interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up via phone and email to generate strong leads.
• Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Google Meet.
