Job summary

Perma-Seal Basement Systems is seeking an experienced in-home sales professional to join our Attic Insulation Division. You will meet homeowners at pre-set appointments, inspect attic conditions, present solutions, and close sales to help homeowners improve energy efficiency.

We provide leads, paid training, and ongoing coaching within a family-owned company with year-round opportunities. This is a high-earning, non-entry role for a proven closer in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience REQUIRED (home improvement, HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, or similar).
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Experience in a one-call close environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an experienced closer!

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided in-home appointments daily.
• Inspect attics and identify insulation and energy efficiency concerns.
• Recommend solutions, present proposals, and close sales.
• Build homeowner relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Partner with Operations for a smooth project handoff.
