Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in insulation, building products, or related construction markets.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by promoting and selling insulation products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and developments.
