Job summary

Homeworks Energy is hiring an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while ensuring quality, safety, and project specs. You will work in warehouse and customer settings, handling fiberglass, foam or cellulose, measuring and cutting to fit blueprints, and sealing coverage.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, maintaining a clean work area, and performing routine maintenance on tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit blueprints or specifications.
• Seal insulation with staples or adhesives for proper coverage.
• Install roof vents in attic spaces for ventilation and performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform routine equipment maintenance.
