Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while upholding safety and project specs. The role includes measuring, cutting, sealing, and installing insulation, with emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be proficient in English, and be able to work in a warehouse-based setting. Opportunities for growth toward Tech II or Crew Lead are available with corresponding incentive

Qualifications

• Requires reading blueprints or specifications.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Willingness to attain certifications such as Crew Lead and DOT.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
• Operate company vehicles if required and complete driver training when applicable.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
