Job summary

HomeWorks Energy installs insulation materials in various structures, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. The Install Technician I role covers measurement, cutting, and placement of fiberglass, foam, or cellulose insulation, with emphasis on accurate fit and site safety.

The position is full-time, hourly, eligible for overtime. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with bonuses expected to push average earnings to $21–$23 per hour, plus potential weekly incentives; fast growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit specifications (blueprints).
• Seal insulation to ensure proper coverage and performance.
• Install attic roof vents for proper ventilation.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and follow safety policies.
