Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while upholding quality and safety standards. This full-time, hourly role offers overtime eligibility and a strong path for growth toward Tech II and Crew Lead positions with incentive opportunities.

Primary duties include measuring, cutting, and installing insulation; ensuring proper sealing and ventilation; and adhering to safety protocols in warehouse and customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with insulation materials and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; safety-conscious and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) per blueprints or specs.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Operate and drive company vehicles per policy; complete required driver training when eligible.
• Perform additional tasks as required by project needs.
