Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and attics, following blueprints and safety standards. This is a full-time hourly role with overtime eligibility and a clear path for advancement.

You will measure, cut, seal, and install fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, and work in warehouse and customer sites. The role requires travel in a company vehicle and offers benefits with opportunities to pursue Crew Lead/DOT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Over-time opportunities available and room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials: measure/cut to fit; install in walls, ceilings, floors, attics.
• Seal insulation using appropriate methods to ensure coverage.
• Maintain safety protocols and clean, organized work areas; perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Drive company vehicles when required and follow all safety policies.
