Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in Whitman, MA is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

This full-time, hourly role is eligible for overtime with bonus incentives, averaging $21–$23 per hour, plus potential weekly incentives. Opportunities exist to advance to Tech II or Crew Lead after six months with higher earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Over-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics per blueprints or specs.
• Seal insulation and ensure proper coverage; install roof vents for ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles and perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections when needed.
