Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics while adhering to quality, safety, and project specs.

The role involves measuring, cutting, sealing, and installing various insulation types, along with safety compliance, tool maintenance, and driving company vehicles as required. Growth opportunities toward Tech II or Crew Lead exist, with corresponding incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials to specifications and per blueprints.
• Seal insulation in place and install roof vents for proper ventilation.
• Maintain safety compliance and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles when required and complete driver trainings as needed.
