Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, or Instrumentation equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to diagnose root causes.
• Excellent English-speaking customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for ABB's Instrumentation Portfolio, including startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution of complex issues.
• Deliver remote and on-site field service support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and product deployment readiness.
