Job summary

ABB Inc. in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery. You will work onsite and apply SAP to routings, BOMs, and product configurations while designing layouts for new products and improving safety and ergonomics.

The role emphasizes SAP, CATIA/CAD proficiency, and Lean/Six Sigma expertise to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering or MET is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of Process Engineering experience with a HS diploma/GED or associate degree will be considered.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Catia, CAD or SOLIDWORKS is expected.
• Lean/Six Sigma, SQL DB, coding, and reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing operations by auditing and refining production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engineer and implement manufacturing solutions including new processes, work cells, fixtures, and jigs.
• Design and enhance facility and production layouts to support new product introductions.
• Improve workplace safety and ergonomics by conducting assessments and implementing corrective actions.
