Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience including R&D management or large-project PM.
• 5+ years of senior-level people management experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication across local and global teams.
• Experience with large software projects; HW design awareness advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop competences in the R&D team and retain talent.
• Ensure timely, on-budget execution of R&D projects and quality standards.
• Define product/technology roadmap with Product Management and plan the project portfolio.
• Coordinate with global R&D teams and support manufacturing and service.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration for effective NPI execution.
