Responsibilities

  • Own the ARGO refurbishment process, including troubleshooting, repair, and quality control testing of components and sub‑modules.
  • Perform quality inspections and testing of spare sub‑modules and manufacturer‑repaired components.
  • Perform instrument troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for the ARGO platform at Alamar headquarters in Fremont.
  • Perform qualification and calibration of internal ARGO instruments.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs for ARGO manufacturing, qualification, repair, and maintenance activities.
  • Address to internal user requests and accurately document activities in the issue‑tracking system.
  • Provide engineering support to the field service team for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Develop instrument service bulletins for field service use.
  • Support instrument development and improvement efforts including consumable testing and prototyping.
