Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking positive, energetic Instrument Fitters to join our industrial workforce. We offer excellent wages and a complete benefits package.

Candidates must read and understand loop sheets, P&IDs, and blueprints; perform tube bending; install instrument stands, air headers, instruments, and steam tracing; and be familiar with high-pressure valves and fittings. A minimum of four years craft experience is required and NCCER Skill Assessment must be completed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience.
• Pass NCCER Skill Assessment.
• Able to pass post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Read and understand loop sheets, P&ID's, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret loop sheets, P&ID's, and blueprints.
• Perform tube bending and tube bending in groups.
• Install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray, screw pipe, decotrace, and steam tracing.
• Have knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings.
• Use mechanical and hydraulic powered tubing benders, weld fittings, and pipe specifications.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic Instrument Fitters with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Knowledgeable in communication and applicable OSHA rules and regulations
• Read and understand loop sheets, P & ID's, and blueprints
• Have the ability to perform tube bending and tube bending in groups
• Be able to Install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray, screw pipe, decotrace, and steam tracing
• Have knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings
• Able to use mechanical and hydraulic powered tubing benders, weld fittings, and pipe specifications
• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience.
