Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC is seeking positive, energetic Instrument Fitters in Louisiana. Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in communication and applicable OSHA rules and regulations.
• Read and understand loop sheets, P & ID's, and blueprints.
• Perform tube bending in groups.
• Install instruments and related components.
• Have knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings.
• Use tubing benders and understand pipe specifications.
• Meet the cut score on NCCER Skill Assessment.
• Pass a post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Have a minimum of 4 years craft-specific experience.

Skills

Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations

Ability to read blueprints and loop sheets

Experience in tube bending

Installation skills for various equipment

Knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings

Mechanical and hydraulic tubing bender usage

Achievement of NCCER Skill Assessment cut score

The Position

We are looking for positive, energetic Instrument Fitters with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Knowledgeable in communication and applicable OSHA rules and regulations
• Read and understand loop sheets, P & ID's, and blueprints
• Perform tube bending and tube bending in groups
• Install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray, screw pipe, decotrace, and steam tracing
• Have knowledge of high‑pressure valves and fittings
• Use mechanical and hydraulic powered tubing benders, weld fittings, and pipe specifications
• Meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment
• Pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks
• Have a minimum of 4 years craft‑specific experience
