Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is hiring Instrument Fitters to join our safety-focused team in diverse field settings. You will read loop sheets, P&IDs, and blueprints, and perform tube bending, installation of instrument stands, headers, and related hardware across project sites.

Minimum 4 years of craft experience required. Candidates must pass drug tests, background checks, and NCCER assessments while adhering to OSHA regulations and site safety rules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of craft-specific experience.
• Ability to read loop sheets, P&ID's, and blueprints.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings.
• Multi-skill concept and willingness to perform other duties.

Responsibilities

• Read loop sheets, P&IDs and blueprints.
• Perform tube bending and install instrument stands and headers.
• Install instruments, tubes, trays, screws and tracing systems.
• Work with high-pressure valves and fittings.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic Instrument Fitters with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Knowledgeable in communication and applicable OSHA rules and regulations
• Read and understand loop sheets, P & ID's, and blueprints
• Have the ability to perform tube bending and tube bending in groups
• Be able to Install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray, screw pipe, decotrace, and steam tracing
• Have knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings
• Able to use mechanical and hydraulic powered tubing benders, weld fittings, and pipe specifications
• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience.
