Oneida ESC Group in Montgomery, AL seeks a full-time Instructional Manager to lead instructional support operations for AU AFGC programs, coordinating faculty across online, hybrid, and graduate offerings.

The role oversees credentialing, QA, scheduling, and evaluations, develops performance dashboards, and collaborates with government stakeholders to ensure compliance and high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing instructional programs, faculty, trainers, or educational professionals.
• Experience performing instructional quality assurance, faculty assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Experience coordinating staffing and instructional resources across multiple projects or curriculum areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security and installation access credentials.
• Must be a full-time employee of the prime contractor and readily accessible to the Government.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary instructional lead supporting the AU AFGC Instructional Management and Learning Support program.
• Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for instructional support operations.
• Recruit, onboard, credential, train, assess, and manage instructors for online, hybrid, and master's programs.
• Verify faculty credentials and maintain qualification records for accreditation and compliance.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling and ensure faculty readiness for demand-driven programs.
• Conduct faculty observations, assessments, and performance evaluations for online and in-person staff.
• Manage continuing education, faculty development, and refresher training activities.
• Develop management reports, performance metrics, dashboards to support government decisions.
