Oneida ESC Group seeks an Instructional Management & Learning Support professional to support Air University programs at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The role focuses on managing faculty, online and hybrid instruction, and program quality across PME and graduate education needed by 39,000+ students worldwide.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant Master's or terminal degree, with experience in PME, higher education, and online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Master's or terminal degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, National Security, Leadership, or related disciplines).
• Experience teaching or supporting online learning environments.
• Experience in PME or higher education settings.
• Ability to meet SACSCOC credentialing requirements.
• Ability to obtain government credentials and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional management, faculty support, and learning services for Air Force distance learning programs.
• Recruit, credential, train, assess, schedule, and manage contractor faculty for PME programs.
• Verify faculty credentials and maintain qualification records per accreditation standards.
• Support online and hybrid graduate/undergraduate instruction across multiple military disciplines.
• Facilitate courses in Strategy & Security Studies, Airpower Studies, Leadership & Profession of Arms Studies, Warfare Studies, Joint Operations, Research/Graduate Skills, and Faculty Development.
• Conduct faculty evaluations, observations, continuing education coordination, and QA reviews.
• Deliver student-centered online education that promotes critical thinking and readiness.
• Provide instruction, grading, discussion facilitation, feedback, mentoring, and LMS support.
• Support OLMP, JPME, OPME, and EPME programs.
• Participate in instructional design, curriculum enhancement, and educational technology initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, project plans, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to serve more than 39,000 global students annually.
