Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) seeks highly motivated, full-time Instructional Management & Learning Support Professionals to support the United States Air Force Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. This contingent role focuses on instructional management, faculty support, and distance learning services for PME programs.

Qualifications include a master’s or terminal degree, online teaching experience, PME familiarity, credentialing capability, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or terminal degree in a discipline relevant to the curriculum.
• Experience teaching or supporting online learning environments.
• Experience in PME, higher education, military training, or related environments.
• Ability to meet SACSCOC credentialing requirements.
• Completion of faculty development training and Air Force Global College requirements.
• Ability to obtain government credentials, CAC access, and favorable background adjudication.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional management, faculty support, and learning services for Air Force Global College distance learning programs.
• Recruit, credential, train, assess, schedule, and manage contractor faculty for PME programs.
• Verify faculty credentials and maintain records per accreditation standards.
• Support online and hybrid graduate- and undergraduate-level instruction across military education disciplines.
• Conduct faculty evaluations and quality assurance reviews.
• Deliver student-centered online education experiences that promote critical thinking and leadership development.
• Provide instruction, grading, feedback, mentoring, and curriculum support within LMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational delivery for 39,000+ worldwide students.
