Oneida Professional Services (OPS) in Montgomery, AL is seeking a full-time Instructional Manager to lead instructional support operations for online, hybrid, and master's degree programs at Maxwell AFB. The role requires credentialing, scheduling, and performance evaluation of instructors, with a focus on quality and accreditation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing instructional programs, faculty, trainers, or educational professionals.
• Experience performing instructional quality assurance, faculty assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Experience coordinating staffing and instructional resources across multiple projects or curriculum areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security and installation access credentials.
• Must be a full-time employee of the prime contractor and readily accessible to the Government.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary instructional lead supporting AU/AFGC Instructional Management and Learning Support program.
• Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for instructional support operations.
• Recruit, onboarding, credentialing, training, assessing, and managing instructors and facilitators for online, hybrid, and master's programs.
• Verify faculty credentials and maintain qualification records for accreditation and compliance.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling and ensure faculty readiness for demand-driven programs across curricula.
• Conduct faculty observations, assessments, and performance evaluations for online and in-person staff.
• Manage continuing education, faculty development, and refresher training activities.
• Participate in scheduling, meetings with Government stakeholders and university leadership.
• Develop management reports, performance metrics, dashboards, and recommendations for government decisions.
• Ensure instructional quality and compliance with standards for online and hybrid learning.
