Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
• Teacher leadership or administrative experience required.
• Proven track record of success in K-12 settings.
• Experience coaching others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on IDEA’s core purpose to get all students into college.
• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable and ambitious results.
• Lead instructional staff to improve teaching through daily observations and coaching.
• Supervise TEKS-aligned curricula and assessments to meet high expectations.
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide actionable feedback.
• Synthesize and analyze data to develop strategies for quantifiable goals.
• Communicate student progress with families and students.
• Oversee campus-based tutoring sessions and student support.
