Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an instructional designer to create and revise engaging online and classroom training, applying adult learning principles and company standards.

The role involves working closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver effective learning solutions that meet business needs. It also serves as the primary client liaison to ensure timely delivery and clear communication for training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience developing eLearning/web-based training.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Vyond.
• Strong writing, research, editing, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full course development lifecycle, from intake through launch in the LMS.
• Design, develop, and revise eLearning and classroom-based instructional content.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop engaging web-based training using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure objectives are met.
• Launch, test, and troubleshoot training content within the LMS.
• Maintain clear communication between Consumers Energy, subsidiary stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams.
