Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Certification in Instructional Design or Degree in ID preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
• Experience integrating AI tools into ID processes.

• Design and develop learning solutions using media to maximize engagement.
• Focus on content and UX to deliver innovative training.
• Create scalable learning experiences across geographies and audiences.
• Manage instructional design projects with plans, milestones, and communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope new learning opportunities.
