Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and update self-paced courses from storyboard to LMS publishing. You will translate SME input into learner-centered designs, develop engaging content, and ensure alignment with adult learning principles.

The role requires 2–5 years in customer success or related fields, fintech/SaaS exposure, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. Hybrid work model with generous perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline/Rise).
• Experience applying ADDIE/SAM to course development.
• Ability to translate complex content into clear self-paced learning.
• Familiarity with assessment design and learner evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning courses from storyboard through final production.
• Create engaging course content including scenarios, activities, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Translate SME input into learner-centered course designs.
• Coordinate with LMS publishing and configuration for deployment.
