Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience designing and evaluating instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation practices.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to develop learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS platforms; Percipio or similar LMS preferred.
• Experience creating SCORM-compliant content using iSpring Suite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops training content and process documentation for engineering standards and workflows.
• Delivers SCORM-based courses for the Percipio LMS.
• Collaborates with SMEs to identify learning objectives and validate technical content.
• Creates multimedia learning assets including videos, graphics, and simulations.
• Applies instructional design theories and evaluates learning outcomes.
• Manages multiple projects and maintains documentation libraries.
