Job summary

First American is hiring an Instructional Designer to craft learner-centered experiences for Endpoint Workspace, translating complex processes into practical learning across eLearning, digital adoption, and live training formats.

You will partner with SMEs, product teams, and trainers to build structured objectives, storyboards, assessments, and job aids, while shaping the learning strategy and ensuring quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adults.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods: eLearning, self-paced, instructor-led.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learner-centered solutions across modalities (eLearning, self-paced, digital guidance, instructor-led).
• Partner with SMEs, stakeholders, and trainers to gather information and validate content.
• Create objectives, storyboards, facilitator guides, activities, and assessments.
• Develop digital adoption experiences and in-app performance support using platforms like Whatfix.
• Build polished learning materials and manage instructional design projects end-to-end.
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in design and development.
