Responsibilities

• Build commercial-quality learning content using ADDIE and other instructional design processes.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs, sponsors, and students to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
