Job summary

First American's Direct division seeks a Learning Content Designer to design and deliver instructional materials for training programs. You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging content using ADDIE, ARCS, and Bloom's frameworks.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 is required, along with strong written and verbal communication. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and LMS maintenance to ensure effective training

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment (commercial or corporate).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse work groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sponsors to meet learning objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust accordingly.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• Assist in LMS administration and course maintenance.
