Job summary

First American's Direct division designs learning solutions for real estate professionals. We seek a seasoned Learning Content Developer to build training materials using ADDIE, analyze needs with stakeholders, and present information clearly.

You will manage multiple projects, measure training impact, and maintain LMS content. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 is preferred. 4–7 years designing adult training and a certification like Information Mapping are desirable.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years designing training for adult audiences in a professional setting.
• Experience with ADDIE/ARCS or similar instructional design models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs, sponsors and students to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Track training outcomes and participate in LMS maintenance.
