Job summary

First American’s Direct division designs and implements learning solutions for instructor-led, self-paced training across multiple media. This role builds commercial quality content, analyzes needs, and collaborates with SMEs and sponsors to meet learning objectives.

The position emphasizes strong communication, graphics and interactive design skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and video/CAM tools.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment (commercial or corporate)
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's, etc.).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements to all levels within the organization.
