• Design learning content using ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's taxonomy.
• Conduct needs and job analyses and communicate requirements.
• Gather data to tailor learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and sponsors to meet objectives.
• Present complex information clearly using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Track performance and training outcomes.
• Assist with LMS administration and course maintenance.
