Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sponsors to meet objectives
• Present complex information using effective methods
• Analyze training effectiveness and propose adjustments
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes
• May recommend training methods
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance
