Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes.
• Conduct needs and job analyses and communicate requirements.
• Gather data to choose effective learning methods for diverse workgroups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and propose adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
