Job summary

You will design content using ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom's principles, analyze needs, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure clear objectives and outcomes. Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, and LMS tasks is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Experience with ADDIE, ARCS, and Bloom's instructional design models.
• Excellent ability to communicate development requirements to all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in graphic/UI/interactive design.
• Experience with LMS administration and course maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather data to select effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs and sponsors to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• Assist with LMS administration and course maintenance.
