Job summary

First American's Direct division develops learning solutions for real estate transactions and related services. We seek a designer to build commercial learning content and collaborate with SMEs to meet objectives.

You will apply ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom's methodologies, assess training outcomes, and participate in LMS maintenance while contributing to a people-first culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Build commercial quality learning content using ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine effective learning methods.
• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements to all levels.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine the most effective learning methods.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and sponsors to meet objectives.

• Analyze/assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
