Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and accessible design.
• Proficiency with common authoring tools and comfort with AI-enabled design and tagging tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and update learning assets using templates and standards.
• Translate SME input into structured learning experiences across courses, modules, and job aids.
