Qualifications

• Collaborate with change management and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and audience impact.
• Lead SME interviews and discovery sessions to capture processes, user workflows, dependencies, common questions, and learner value.
• Recommend learning approaches such as knowledge articles, job aids, e-learning, live sessions, or blended solutions.
• Create and maintain learner-friendly knowledge articles from SME interviews and approved documentation.
• Organize content in a Knowledge Hub with consistent structure, naming, links, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the change management team and stakeholders when new processes, technology, offerings, or ways of working are introduced; clarify audience, impact, desired behaviors, and learning needs.
• Lead structured SME interviews and discovery sessions to capture process details and learner value proposition.
• Recommend appropriate knowledge and learning approaches (article, job aid, e-learning, live session, in-person, blended).
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and supporting resources from SME interviews, recordings, and approved docs.
• Organize content in the Knowledge Hub with consistent structure and version control to enable easy finding and use by learners.
