Adhesives Research, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to analyze learning needs, design curricula, update training materials, and implement blended learning solutions to support growth and standardization of processes across the organization.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance, create eLearning modules, manuals, and multimedia content, and apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to evaluate program effectiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience creating curriculums in a corporate environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Create instructional materials such as elearning modules, training manuals, student guides, lesson plans, and multimedia content.
• Design interactive, visual, and audio learning tools to enhance engagement and retention.
• Conduct needs assessments and create training that aligns with organizational goals.
• Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies.
• Create assessments that align with course objectives and test knowledge and skill.
• Evaluate and revise learning programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Incorporate technology into learning, such as Articulate 360, Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, HTML-based applications, and virtual collaboration tools.
