Job summary

Private Label Staff is seeking an Instructional Designer to transform organizational concepts into engaging, learner-centered training. You will design e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and blended programs aligned with adult learning principles and branding.

You will collaborate with SMEs, apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies, and ensure content works with LMS platforms while using Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in training, including instructional content development and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM methodologies to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical information into clear training content.
• Develop interactive modules using Articulate 360 and ensure LMS compatibility.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Ensure materials follow FDOT and Florida Turnpike branding and style guidelines.
• Organize and version-control course files in secure cloud storage.
• Produce storyboards, prototypes, and pilot materials for validation.
• Manage projects, timelines, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve content with emerging trends in instructional design.
