Job summary

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, design engaging content using Articulate 360 and AI tools, and manage multiple projects to align with performance goals and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in corporate instructional design.
• Hands-on experience designing instructor-led training, facilitator guides, and related materials.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word; knowledge of Synthesia a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to personalize and automate learning solutions.
• Strong skills in microlearning, web-based training, and both virtual and in-person delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microlearning, eLearning, and instructor-led programs for Canon's sales force.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, validate technical details, and ensure timely input.
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to maximize learner engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Stay current with learning technology trends and Canon product solutions.
