Job summary

Brivo, Inc. in Austin is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and maintain training content for customers and employees, guiding the ADDIE lifecycle from needs assessment to launch. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, development of engaging learning experiences, and ongoing content optimization.

You will craft e-learning, videos, and microlearning, ensure content is technically accurate, and leverage AI tools to scale production while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline required.
• Experience with Camtasia or similar tool for video creation/editing required.
• Experience with LMSs (such as LearnUpon) required.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

• Execute the ADDIE lifecycle for external-facing content, collaborating with SMEs across departments.
• Develop engaging e-learning, videos, and microlearning using various authoring tools.
• Create knowledge checks to measure learner understanding and application of concepts.
• Launch and manage content in the LMS and update materials after product launches.
• Collaborate with T&E to organize content in Google Drive and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Utilize AI tools to scale content creation and course summaries.
