Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital learning, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, videos, and supporting materials.
  • Conduct needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal partners to collect content and ensure instructional clarity.
  • Create and maintain engaging courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other eLearning tools.
  • Build knowledge assessments and activities that support experiential learning and measure job-readiness.
  • Update and refine existing learning content using feedback, analytics and evolving requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations and communications teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Track project progress and deliverables using tools like Asana or similar platforms.
  • Stay current on emerging instructional technologies and trends to improve design quality and learner engagement.
  • Share best practices and promote knowledge of modern learning design principles.

About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to help develop engaging, impactful learning experiences for a global customer support organization. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions that improve employee performance, support onboarding, and enable professional growth.

As part of a collaborative operational excellence team, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to transform complex topics into clear, interactive learning programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who blends design creativity with technical proficiency and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital learning, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, videos, and supporting materials using established instructional design methodologies.
